We aim to dispatch all in stock orders shipped using express couriers Parcelforce Express 24 made before 14:00 during weekdays; for customers using our FREE economy delivery or standard delivery services we aim to ship orders received before 12:00 on during weekdays that same day or the following working day order volumes allowing.
Please note, we're regrettably having issues providing tracking information from the Royal Mail for all outward bound Tracked 48 services which we're working on resolving ASAP. If you need tracking information please upgrade to a Parcelforce service.
At time of writing, customers using our FREE economy delivery services won't receive any tracking information and won't be provided with any via email or phone as we ourselves aren't receiving this data either unfortunately, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to have a fix in place by April 25th.
FREE Economy Delivery
Delivery is FREE to customers throughout the United Kingdom however for large and heavy items such as bikes or turbo trainers going to customers located in the Highlands or on Offshore Isles which we can't manage to ship using Royal Mail may regretfully attract a surcharge at the checkout.
Every domestic and international package we send is fully traceable, once your item has been dispatched from our store you will later receive another email from us containing your tracking numbers, customers using Parcelforce services should also receive text alerts with delivery times.
If you have not received an email from us with your tracking information you can login to your account with us and view an order status which will include your tracking details although at time of writing this applies only to Royal Mail services.
UK Remote Regions
The clear majority of our orders are delivered using our economy Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which is FREE throughout the whole of the United Kingdom however regrettably there are a few products in our store such as larger items which require a courier to deliver them, in this case there are applicable remote region surcharges for the following postcodes; IV, HS, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, BT, IM, TR, PO.
Customers located in these postcodes will be filtered upon postcode entry and the shown the delivery charges applicable to their postcode, we only bill customers the surcharge amount so this does vary from zone to zone.
BFPO/PO BOX Addresses
Regretfully we're unable to ship to BFPO/PO BOX addresses, orders made for delivery to BFPO or PO BOX addresses will be shipped to the billing address or cancelled.
We ship small items such as accessories and clothing to most European destinations using Parcelforce Euro Priority which can deliver your order in select countries within two working days from dispatch.
Rest of World Services
Due to an increasing number of brands prohibiting the sale of their products to countries outside of the EU - most notably to the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia we have decided to cease for the for foreseeable future shipping to countries outside of the European Union. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Delivery of Bikes
All our bikes (excl. balance bikes which are usually self-builds) all come pre-assembled and shipped in custom made bike boxes allowing them to be dispatched requiring just a few tweaks from you upon receiving the bike such as fitting pedals.
We aim to ship all our bikes that same day if ordered before 14:00 if possible however whilst we do try to have all our stocked bikes built and ready to go sometimes newly arrived stock may still be packaged from the manufacturer in which case this can take an extra working day to complete especially when our workshop is busy with regular customer repairs and servicing. We’ll advise you of any delays should they occur.
