Delivery of Bikes
We ship all our bikes free of charge within the United Kingdom and all our bikes come pre-assembled with just a few tweaks required from you after receiving the bike such as fitting pedals (see below for our assembly guide).
All our bikes undergo a safety check before being re-boxed for shipping which can during busy periods take a little longer to complete so whilst we aim to ship all our bikes within two working days of the order please allow for additional time for this process although 99% of our bikes are shipped the following working day.
Bike Assembly Guide
We enclose a bike assembly guide with every bike we ship via mail order, we hope it covers everything you're likely to need to do when you receive the bike as some components such as handlebars need to be altered or removed to allow safe shipping - you can download a copy by clicking the button below so you can get a good idea of what you might need to do in order to assemble the bike before riding. A PDF reader such as Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader is required.
Easy Returns
In accordance with our returns policy (link opens a new tab) we're happy to accept returns up to 365 days after purchase, please read the policy before hand or consult the reverse of your returns form if you're enquiring about a purchase you have made already.

Wrong Goods/Arrived Damaged?
Sometimes mistakes happen no matter how unlikely it is. If something does go wrong we want you to know that we will get it sorted quickly, get in touch with us and remember to mention your order number (this begins with WEB and will be found on your invoice and the order confirmation emails) so that we can resolve the issue as quickly and with as little inconvenience caused to you the customer.
Environmental Responsibility
We do try when possible to reuse packaging from our own suppliers in order to send purchased items to our customers, we ask if the packaging is still in good condition after you've received your goods then please try to use it again or recycle if not possible. We'll also be looking in 2013 to reducing our carbon footprint though more efficient use of energy here in the store, reduced paper usage and encouraging carbon offsetting with our delivery partners.
