Delivery of Bikes
All our bikes come pre-assembled (with the exception of wooden balence bikes) although after receiving the bike you will need to fit items such as pedals, the front wheel and staightening the handlebars - we unfortunately have to remove those items in order to fit the bike back into a box for safe shipping. We enclose a simple to follow bike assembly guide with every bike we ship via mail order, we hope it covers everything you're likely to need to know.
All our bikes undergo a safety check before being re-boxed for shipping which can during busy periods take a little longer to complete so whilst we aim to ship all our bikes within one working day of the order but please allow for additional time during our peak months (May, June, July, August and September) for this process as the workshop can be very busy with repairs and servicing.
