UK Deliveries
FREE when you spend over £50
2-5 working days typically via Royal Mail for smaller items under £50 in value or City Link for larger items or items over £50 in value. Please consult our City Link guide below.

UK Non Mainland Deliveries
2-7 working days typically via Royal Mail for smaller items under £50 in value or City Link for larger items or items over £50 in value. Please note that larger items may incur a small surcharge imposed by the courier which will be displayed as your carriage costs at the checkout. Please consult our City Link guide below.

European Union Deliveries*
Approximately 4-10 working days
Typically via Royal Mail Signed Packages or DHL Express (DHL EuroRoad for bikes), the price of these services vary and the cost will be displayed at the checkout however as an approximate guide there would be a £10 charge for small/medium sized items whilst bikes would cost £30. This is subject to change if our delivery rates also change.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING CITY LINK SERVICES

We use City Link to deliver items over £50 in value or which are too large for the Royal Mail to carry using their First Class packages service. City Link will attempt to deliver an items on weekdays between 08:00 and 18:00 and will do so for two attempts.

If you're unavailable to take the package during those two attempts the item will return to your local depot (you can find details of your local depot on the City Link website) from where you can collect the package in person - City Link would prefer if you called them prior to coming down to the depot as the item may have not arrived back following a delivery round or if the depot is a particularly large one based in a major city then finding the item might take time.

We can on your behalf arrange for an alternative delivery address to be applied or another reattempt however there is £4.00 charge for this and every subsequent attempt to deliver the item - please understand this isn't a charge imposed by City Link which we gladly pass on to our customers but for the majority of our items sold this isn't affordable if we just absorbed the cost over and over again.

If you believe you won't be available for the majority of a day at your billing address please consider specifying an alternative delivery address at the checkout stage such as an address that of a family member or address of employment.

Change of Delivery Address
We're more than happy to amend delivery addresses before the item is dispatched - just get in touch with us and we'll do our best to make the changes; unfortunately once the item has been dispatched there is a £10 charge levied by the courier to do this - this is entirely a charge we are invoiced for.

Undeliverable Items
After a period of time the item would be returned to us if we couldn't get in contact with you regarding redelivery attempts; your order may possibly be then cancelled and a £10 charge applied from your refund which is basically the cost of sending the item and the subsequent return of the item to the store since we are additionally invoiced for the return journey of the package to the store - the costs of which we need to recover.

City Link Saturday Services
Can also arrange Saturday deliveries however the rates for this are highly variable so please contact us with details of which item it is you're interested in buying and your delivery address - we will then call our agents who can give us a quote of which we will only charge you the 'Saturday Delivery' surcharge element.
