Why are TREK bikes available in store only?
TREK operate a strict buy in store only policy for their bikes. We would like to deliver it to you but rules are rules and we’re obliged to abide by them as an authentic TREK dealership. The good news is if you live over 20 miles away we will usually pay your fuel cost for you to get to our store and collect the bike. Please ring first for details.

IMPORTANT!
Since we can't sell TREK bikes online we don't actively maintain the brands stock levels - what we have listed as available online isn't necessarily what we have available in store; again please contact us before making your way to the store.

Do you price match your competitors?
We aim to offer very competitively priced goods on our website. We are happy to discuss matching a competitors price.

Here’s what we ask you to consider before you contact us:-
- Are you ready to make your purchase if we can match or beat our competitors price?
- It must be an exact comparison (same colour, same size, etc).
- Our competitor must be in a position to supply the goods (they must have stock ready to send).

Do you offer interest free credit?
Yes, please contact the store for details as at present we're working on offering this online.

Why do you not accept cheques?
Paper cheques take too long so administrate and to clear, this prevents us despatching goods quickly and creates unnecessary work.

I made eCheque payment via PayPal, when will my goods be sent?
eCheque payments, like their traditional equivalents, take up to five working days to clear though PayPal and until they clear we can't despatch any goods. Please note that we really don't recommend this form of payment if you can avoid it as our stock system doesn't allocate you your selected goods until the funds clear into our accounts.

Do you have everything on your website in stock?
Generally speaking yes, unless the item is clearly marked with a sale slash as being a pre-order item in which case in the description should be an ETA for the goods arriving in store.

Note our website shares the same stock as our retail store and because the two different stock databases can't write directly to one another in realtime the stock available online tends to lag behind some 24hrs, in some rare circumstances an item may sell out in our retail store and yet still be available to buy online for some 24hrs - in the event this happens we will contact you and present you with some options, if however the item you're ordering is required ASAP (eg. you're going on holiday and need the item before such a time) then please contact us to confirm the item is in stock.

Can you send me a catalogue of one of your brands?
Sorry we don’t send out catalogues anymore, generally the catalogue of the brand you're looking for is available online directly from the brands website - have a look on each brand page under the 'brand info' tab for an address to visit. However if you cannot find the information you are looking for please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will help you find the information you want.
