Wrong Goods/Arrived damaged

There’s no point in pretending that mistakes never happen. However, it is very unlikely. If something does go wrong we want you to know that we will get it sorted quickly.

• We will refund your return postage costs but you must include a copy of the postage receipt (for larger items contact us first as we can probably arrange for the item to be collected).
• Please notify us by email within 30 days of receipt at sales@scotbycycles.co.uk
• Include your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and the reason you are returning the item
• We recommend you use a “recorded” or “tracked” delivery service

365 Day Return of Unwanted Item(s)
As long as you have not used or fitted the item we are happy to take it back for a refund or exchange.

• Goods may be returned within 12 months (365 days) of purchase
• Monetary refunds available on orders made within the past 30 days - orders which predate this are typically refunded by means of account credits.
• Please contact us by email before returning items to enable us to handle your request promptly at sales@scotbycycles.co.uk
• Postage is not refundable and there is a 5% restock charge to help cover the cost of administrating the return of items into stock and the processing of refunds among other costs.
• Goods must not be fitted or used
• Goods must be in original undamaged packaging
• Proof of purchase must be presented with all returns (a duplicate is advisable)
• It's your responsibility to ensure the safe return of items
• We recommend you use a “recorded” or “tracked” delivery service
• Include your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and a brief reason you are returning the item

When your return arrives we will:

• Notify you by e-mail
• Issue a monetary refund for items returned (excl. postage fees and charges - see above) within 30 days of receipt (or if requested we will exchange for other goods according to your instructions – Subject to availability in store and from the suppliers)
• Issue a SCOTBY CYCLES voucher refund for all items returned after 30 days
