FREE Delivery

Our basic shipping is completely FREE on domestic orders over £30* for clothing and accessories with delivery within three to four working days, alternatively you can upgrade your delivery to one of our next working day or weekend delivery options from just £2.95.

All our deliveries are fully tracked and tracking information will be emailed or messaged to you when your order has left our store.

Next Working Day

Our Next Working Day offers next working day delivery from just £2.95 with fully tracked delivery, a timed hour slot on the day of delivery and the option to nominate a neighbour or safe place should you not be available to sign for your order.

Store Pickup

If you are local to our area (Carlisle), you can collect your order from our store at your convenience. Collection is free of charge no matter how big or small the order value and you'll be able to collect your order from our store usually within 2hrs on weekdays.

Please note that currently Store Pickup is not available if you're using an accelerated checkout such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal Express.

Remote Regions

You might have noticed a lot of our services are limited to MAINLAND UK, sadly this is because both our couriers either do not offer services to these regions or they charge surcharges to offer any service at all which we cannot absorb into our costs.

The good news is that for the time being at least the Royal Mail is bound by universal service so no matter where in the UK you live, if your order can be shipped with a Royal Mail service then we can offer this as we would for the rest of the country. Note however that the Royal Mail do have clauses to exclude remote regions from their delivery guarantees for Special Delivery® services.

Easy Returns

If an item doesn't fit or isn't quite what you expected then simply fill out the enclosed returns form and return your unwanted items to us within 28 days for a full refund, we'll accept orders returned to us after this period with refunds made via gift vouchers for use against future orders. Unfortunately, we're unable to cover the costs of returning items to us.

Stock Availability

Unlike our competitors, many of which don't have a considerable proportion of the products they list online available in stock in their own warehouses, these stores depend on suppliers being able to provide products quickly on demand which in these trying times is a bit of a gamble.

For this reason, we now only sell products we have in stock and know we can provide rather than just 'SIM' feeding product availability from suppliers.

Secure Delivery

For security purposes, we reserve the right to cancel shipments to forwarding centres, PO Boxes, and locker boxes. For some items such as bikes and electric scooters, these can only be delivered to the billing address, no change of address or in-transit redirection is permitted for any consignments.

Bike Delivery

Shipping is FREE of charge on bikes (or orders containing bikes) over £499 within Mainland UK - services are available for remote UK regions, see the chart above for details.

We aim to have all the bikes we stock pre-built and available for immediate purchase online and for in-store collection, once you have ordered a bike from us one of our fully trained Cytech mechanics will package your bike into one of our custom-built boxes.

These extra-large boxes allow us to ship most bikes fully assembled but before we do so our mechanics will carry out a PDI (pre-delivery inspection) on the bike to ensure that before it's prepared for shipping everything is set up correctly, e.g., brakes, gear indexing etc.

Upon receiving your bike, you will simply need to take your new bike out of the box, turn and tighten the handlebars and fit one of the pedals (if your bike comes with pedals). In some instances, such as for road bikes, you may also need to attach the handlebars as they're too wide to simply be rotated so they'll be secured to the side of the frame with zip ties.
