    Customer Rewards

    We’re pleased to announce the activation of Customer Rewards for customers purchasing items in store and online from today, with each and every purchase you make here at Scotby Cycles you can earn an amount back for spending on a future order - the amount you can earn is displayed on the product page for every item available on our website.

    New Customers

    When you order from us either in store or online your Customer Rewards account will automatically activate and you will receive a confirmation email to tell you how many points you have and what they’re worth. Simples.

    Existing Customers

    Existing customers who have ordered from us since March ‘17 will be active but you may need to link accounts depending on how you ordered from us previously.

    Online Customers
    You folks have it easy, simply log in to your account with us and your Customer Rewards account will already be linked, technically you don’t need to do anything else after this but if you want to be able to login to your Customer Rewards account independently to see your balance, your points balance additions and subtractions as well as being able to manage your points alerts then you’ll need your Customer Rewards password - the process is detailed below.

    Retail Customers
    If you are a retail store customer and have given us your details (including your email address) in the past your Customer Rewards account will be active and you can link it to an online account on by logging into your here on our website using the same email address provided to us in store, you will then be presented with the option to 'link accounts' but you’ll need a password to do so, these passwords are automatically set and need to be reset by you.

    Step 1
    Go to and login to your Customer Rewards account, your user ID is the email address you provided us with but the password was automatically set and needs to be reset.

    Step 2
    Select ‘Scotby Cycles’  from the list of participating retailers and enter the email address you provided us with in the store, click on ‘Forgotten Password?’ link to have a password recovery email sent to your email address.

    If you gave us an incorrect email address then we’ll need to add an alias to your account and send you your password recovery link to your new address - send us an email to with all your details and we’ll look into this for you.

    Step 3
    Click on the link contained within that email and create your own password, this will be used just for the website and we don’t recommend you ever use the same password anywhere online twice.

    Step 4
    Login or create an account with us here at Scotby Cycles and you’ll be given the option to 'link accounts' - click to do so and enter your new Customer Rewards password to confirm.

    Once you are all setup your points balance will show at the top of the page every time you log in to our website.

    Previous Purchases

    Any customer who has placed an order with us in the last 60 days either in store or online already has a Customer Rewards account although there won’t be any points available from previous orders, we are more than happy to retro apply any points you could have earned to your account - this has to be done manually so please email us from the email address your order was placed using (this will be your Customer Rewards username) along with either a copy of your eReceipt or a scan of your paper receipt. Sorry, we cannot accept order confirmation emails.

    Please allow up to a week for us to load your points onto the system.

    We hope the addition of Customer Rewards will be an appreciated feature of our store, we’re really excited to be able to offer this and reward all our customers no matter how they come to us and make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter as we’ll be offering some special offers with plenty of bonus points on offer.
